Celera firmly believes that strong leadership is the key driver for the implementation, management and on-going success of our HSEQ performance.

Individuals taking responsibility for their own safety, the safety of others and the work environment is paramount.  We take time to ensure that our HSE commitment is communicated, understood and implemented by everyone.  We deliver a planned awareness programme on new and revisited areas every month to reinforce our safety message is pivotal to our core beliefs and values.

Review and training, regardless of project length, is key to ensuring our team’s focus.  Weekly, scheduled awareness sessions for our team is delivered on an ongoing basis, formalised and detailed in the operational plan for each Vessel.

We have a formal quality management system in place that is in line with ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001.  The system has been audited in April 2018 by FPAL Verify with scores of 90% for Health and Safety, 90% for Quality and 86% for Competence and Training.
